Anca
Saladie, a senior consultant at Beautiful Forever, is a nationally
recognized leader in spa development, operations, business
management, product development and training.
Anca
Saladie's accomplishments have been demonstrated through the launch
of many successful Day and Medical Spas in which her involvement
created many successful Operation Reviews Programs, Customer Service
procedures, staff recruitment and training. In the field of Medical
Spas, Ms. Saladie is among the few with the expertise and vision to
guide these emerging businesses to financial success. She has earned
high regards from her clients for helping with the integration and
implementation of a Medi Spa component to existing locations as well
as for successful turn key operations.
She has
a rich experience in the opening and management of spas such as the
first Estee Lauder Spa in Bloomingdales, New York City, Revlon,
Institute Jeanne Gastineau, New York City, and Nordstrom Spas in
Paramus and across the North East. The Greenhouse Spa in Greenwich,
CT, The Bodian Dermatology Center in Great Neck, Long Island, and
The Skin Care and Cosmetic Surgery Center of New York. She
received her MA in Education and Foreign Languages from Bucharest
University.
