Mary Saadat, MA
Senior Consultant

Mary Saadat has held senior management positions with privately held and publicly traded healthcare companies since 1985 to include the position of CEO of a 68 bed hospital. She has managed budgets up to $40 million. In 1997, Ms. Saadat began consulting with clients in California and New York with start-up and companies needing reorganization for profitability. In 2003, Ms. Saadat joined Beverly Hills Surgical Institutes as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with accountability for seven cosmetic/aesthetic surgery centers. She launched non-surgical services at each site; thus vertically integrating the sites for enhanced profitability. In one year, she doubled revenue with creative operational and marketing strategies, while decreasing expenses by 30%. Since 2004, Ms. Saadat has been consultant to med-spas and opened med spas in southern California and reorganized a cosmetic surgery center and med-spa in Oklahoma for a publicly traded company. Ms. Saadat received a General Certificate of Education in French from the University of London, a Bachelors Degree in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Fresno and a Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. Ms. Saadat is Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix, has served on not-for-profit board of directors and is an active member of professional organizations.
